The supplier shall ensure the update of all the information related to the varieties and quantities of Organic Vegetable Reproduction Material availibity, and to update this informatiom at the request of the manager database or whenever such updating is necessary to ensure that the information remains reliable. The supplier is responsable for the information provided.
